Expert Mechanic (High-Voltage Expert & R&D Support)

What can you expect from the role?
Tasks & responsibilities
As an Expert Mechanic you are at the top of our technical organisation.
You are the high-voltage expert, work directly with Engineering and handle the most critical and undocumented faults.
- Resolving the most complex and critical faults in EV systems (final escalation level)
- Performing advanced diagnostics with specialist measuring equipment
- Acting as the technical authority for high-voltage EV systems within Knegt
- Supporting Engineering/R&D with testing, measurements and documentation
- Preparing work instructions and technical documentation and coaching Senior Mechanics

Who are you?
- You have HBO-level working and thinking skills and are specialised as a diagnostics specialist or master technician
- You have at least 8 years of in-depth, all-round technical experience
- You have demonstrable expertise in EV diagnostics and high-voltage technology (NEN 9140/BEI BHS)
- You communicate clearly and can explain complex problems in an understandable way
- You can work with CAD design and have an affinity with supporting R&D
