What can you expect from the role?
Tasks & responsibilities
As a Senior Mechanic you are the technical authority on the shop floor and the first expert for our electric tractors.
You solve complex mechatronic faults and coach colleagues in their development.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex faults in the drivetrain, hydraulics and control systems
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs on electric high-voltage systems (EV tractors)
- Coaching and instructing Junior and Medior Mechanics
- Acting as Lead Mechanic for major overhauls and projects
- Actively contributing ideas on process improvements and efficiency in the workshop

Who are you?
- You have MBO level 3/4 and more than 5 years of experience in (agricultural) mechanisation
- You have extensive knowledge of diesel, hydraulics and advanced electronics
- You hold (or want to obtain) the NEN 9140 VP-EV certification for EV work
- You are analytically strong, accurate and take initiative
- You enjoy coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge
